How ownership is transferred

The seller first makes you an admin with full rights. Then, in the admin settings, they use Transfer Ownership. Telegram only allows this if the current owner has had two-step verification turned on for at least seven days, and it can refuse the transfer from a session that was logged in very recently. If the seller has just enabled two-step verification, the deal has to wait. Keep the money in escrow until you are shown as the owner.

Collectible @usernames bought on Telegram's own Fragment platform are a separate asset. Make sure the listing says whether one is included.

What affects the price

Buyers pay for engaged readers, so views per post count for more than subscriber totals. Niche matters too: crypto and finance readers are worth more to advertisers than general entertainment. A steady record of paid posts also raises the price.
