The procedure for performing transaction with the escrow service:

  1. The buyer pays a 6% (229 INR minimum) service fee with PayPal or by credit card.
  2. The seller transfers login details and the original email account to the escrow agent.
  3. The escrow agent checks everything, changes the login details, and tells the buyer to pay the seller.
  4. The buyer pays the seller.
  5. After the seller’s confirmation, the system sends the new login details to the buyer.

  3. After 24 hours, the seller assigns primary ownership rights to the escrow agent (24 hours is the minimum amount of time required in order to assign a new primary owner in the control panel.)

  5. The buyer pays the seller.
  6. After the seller’s confirmation, the escrow agent assigns the buyer as a manager.
  7. After 24 hours, the escrow agent assigns primary ownership rights to the buyer.

  6. After the seller’s confirmation, the escrow agent connects the buyer’s phone number.
